The publisher of Russian Forbes magazine and the owner of Artcom Media Group (ACMG) Alexander Fedotov has filed a lawsuit against the former chief editor Nikolai Uskov. As reported on Monday, RBC’s Director of public relations ACMG Dmitry Osman, the publisher has directed to Moscow city court two lawsuits.
It claims on protection of honor and dignity, as well as on the disclosure of trade secrets, said Osman who decided not to disclose other details.
According to the filing of cases Ostankino court, August 3, there was one claim Fedotov to Uskov “On protection of honor, dignity, business reputation of citizens and legal persons”.
Uskov was dismissed from the post of chief editor of the Russian edition of Forbes magazine on 9 June. In July, former editor-in-chief went to court to appeal the dismissal.
