Reuters: died former head of Fiat and Ferrari, Sergio Marchionne

Basereporter.com, July 25. The former head of the Italian-American automaker Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Sergio Marchionne died in hospital in Zurich at the age of 66 years. This was reported on Wednesday by Reuters.

“Unfortunately, worst fears realized. Sergio Marchionne, the man and friend, died”, – quotes Agency the words of the Chairman of the FCA John Elkann.

On Monday, Italian media reported that Marchionne as “serious but stable”. The causes of ill health 66-year-old top-Manager is not called. It was only reported that at the end of June he underwent a shoulder surgery in the clinic of Zurich.
