The Central Bank of the Russian Federation on 27 July kept its key rate at 7.25%. She’s been active since March 23. Then the regulator has lowered it by 0.25 percentage points.

In 2018, the regulator has twice lowered its key interest rate. Thus on 9 February, the Central Bank reduced it by 0.25% — from 7.75 to 7.5% from 23 March to 7.25%, on 27 April and 15 June the rate remained unchanged. Basereporter.com tells what the key rate and what it affects.
