MOSCOW, July 27. /Basereporter.com/. The Federal Antimonopoly service considers critical situation with the price of jet fuel. About it Basereporter.com said the head of the control TEK FAS Dmitry Makhonin.
“We do not see a crisis situation, it is necessary to understand other components, including the cost of tickets”, he said.
Makhonin noticed that does not see preconditions for the further growth of prices for jet fuel. “They grew up in the spring, but two months is a sideways trend, the price is not increasing. The same can be said of marine fuel. We monitor the situation, work with companies in terms of jet fuel sales on the stock exchange,” said the official.
He added that, according to FAS estimates, the cost of fuel for airlines practically has not changed.
The situation with kerosene
Earlier it was reported that the airline “Ural airlines”, “Yamal” and Utair, the headquarters of which is located on the territory of the Ural Federal district, are planning to raise the cost of tickets due to the increase in prices on aviation fuel. Therefore, the carriers plan to protect yourself from possible bankruptcy.
The newspaper “Kommersant” on Wednesday, citing its sources reported that the airline “Aeroflot” on July 26 velivet fuel surcharge for tickets on domestic flights of all airlines in the group, except for the low-cost airline “Victory” (since the carrier is not under commercial control of Aeroflot). The increase will be 200 rubles for the flight segment for economy class and “comfort”, and RUB 400 for a business class. At the same time, as reported Basereporter.com a source close to the company “Aeroflot”, the refusal to increase fuel surcharge are possible in case of refund of price of kerosene to the level of December 2017.
