SEVASTOPOL, July 30. /Basereporter.com/. Ministry of economic development proposes to extend the Federal targeted programme (FTP) for development of Crimea and Sevastopol until 2022 with increased funding of the program. The Minister of economic development of Russia Maxim Oreshkin said on the meeting on questions socially-economic development of the Peninsula.
“The program was conceived five years [by 2020], but there is a certain amount of accumulated orders for new facilities. We have prepared proposals for the extension of the program until 2022 with an increase in its funding. At least those objects which now is the object for 37 billion rubles,” – said Oreshkin.
The Federal program of socio-economic development of Crimea and Sevastopol until 2020 was adopted in 2014 and aims to upgrade the engineering, transport and social infrastructure of the region. In 2015, curator of this programme was the Ministry of economic development.
Program funding within the Federal program is 837 billion roubles, including 791 billion rubles at the expense of the Federal budget.
According to Oreshkin, under the current Federal program completed the creation of 214 objects (one third of the total number), 350 projects are being implemented. The key objects of the program: the Crimean bridge, the energy bridge, the new airport of Simferopol, two power plants, engineering facilities to provide water to the Eastern Crimea and the construction of the highway “Tavrida”.
The implementation of the Federal targeted programme provides for the growth of passenger traffic by air transport to the Peninsula more than 1 million people a year by rail – nearly 4 million people a year, said the head of Ministry of economic development.
Implementation of the program
The objects of the Federal target program socially-economic development of Crimea and Sevastopol until 2020, 80% are implemented in accordance with the schedule of 120 objects there is a lag, said Oreshkin.
“From the point of view of implementation of the program we have for the current date implementation 501 of the object and the event – approximately 80% – is carried out in accordance with the terms of the schedule and commitments. 120 objects, we have a backlog”, he said.
The worst situation on the objects supervised by the Ministry of education, Roszheldora, the Republic of Crimea and city of Sevastopol, said Oreshkin.
Cash execution of the Federal program on July 20, 2018, accounting for 31% of the annual volume.
Oreshkin also believes that it is necessary to capitalize the Fund microfinance entrepreneurship of the Republic of Crimea. “This is a very positive impetus to the development and creation of new businesses and development of existing,” – said he. The Minister reminded that the Fund from the beginning of  has provided over 540 loans in the amount of 640 million roubles at an average rate of 9.5% per annum.
