Izvestia: United Russia has proposed to raise fines for businesses without registration

MOSCOW, July 31. /Basereporter.com/. A group of deputies of the state Duma from the party “United Russia” headed by Vladimir Afonsky offers to raise penalties for doing business without registration. On Tuesday the newspaper “Izvestia” with reference to the text of the bill.

Fines for businessmen who refuse to create a legal entity or register as an individual entrepreneur, it is proposed to increase from 0.5 to 2 thousand rubles for the first violation up to 5-10 thousand rubles. In subsequent cases illegal, the entrepreneur will have to pay 20-30 thousand rubles, the newspaper reports.

According to “Izvestia”, the initiative was supported by an expert Advisory Council of the faction “United Russia” on interaction with the business community. After that it was approved by the coordinating Council of the faction. Both councils, however, recommended that the authors of the bill to reduce the proposed fines.
