According to the head of the administration of Yalta Alexei Chelpanov, the launch of the ship will attract the resorts of the southern coast of new tourists. “I am confident that it [the new ship] will be popular and will attract more tourists to our city and open it for tourists with new and exciting party”, – cited the words of Chelpanov in his press service.
As reported, the descent of “Comet 120M” in the water was held in Sevastopol on Monday, the ceremony was attended by Chairman of RF government Dmitry Medvedev.

The ship gathered at the plant in Rybinsk, Yaroslavl region, where in 2013 began the production of ships of new generation. In Sevastopol was under finalization vessel and tested the “Comet” on the site of the shipyard “Vympel”. Monday, July 30, representatives of the enterprise and the Sevastopol sea port signed an agreement on transfer to rent for 49 years, one of the production sites of the port where it is planned to finish the next “Comet”.
